2019 Global Online Open - Four Different Decades
There are only two ways to make a team:
Age - (does not have to be in order) Teens, 20s, 30, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s. Any combination.
Birth Year - (does not have to be in order) 1940s, 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, 1980 and so on. Any combination.
It has to be one way or the other, you cant mix.
For this online open we will be using the 2018 Crossfit Games open for the workouts, scores and standards.
The score will be a combined total of the four registered athletes on your team.
We will follow the same score submission rules as the Crossfit open.
There will be three divisions: Male , Female and MIxed MM/FF
For starters 50% of the entry fee will be distributed as prizes to the first place teams.
There will be an online leader board to see where you stand up against the rest of the world!
Registrations are non refundable. Athletes can be substituted up to the deadline for submission of the first score.
